EUROPOS PARKAS E-TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I. General information
1. The online ticket sales system can be used to purchase tickets to exhibitions of EUROPOS PARKAS Open-Air Museum of the Centre of Europe (hereinafter - the Museum) and events organized by Europos parkas in the Republic of Lithuania and abroad, in places with Internet connection.
2. Europos parkas E-Ticket Terms and Conditions (hereinafter – Terms and Conditions) are an integral part of the ticket purchased by the Museum Visitor (hereinafter - the Visitor), which establishes the contractual obligations of the Museum Visitor and the Museum.
3. Before purchasing a ticket, the Visitor must be acquainted with Europos parkas E-ticket Terms Conditions and Data Privacy Policy, which are publicly announced on the website bilietai.europosparkas.org and which were provided to the Visitor for information before purchasing the ticket.
II. Rules of ticket purchase on bilietai.europosparkas.org
1. When purchasing tickets online at bilietai.europosparkas.org visitors shall make sure that they have chosen the correct visitor categories and the number of tickets.
2. Having chosen the tickets, the visitor shall enter the data required in the system, check the cart information to make sure that it is correct, and shall accept Europos parkas ticket terms and conditions for the payment to be made.
3. Having chosen the “Invoice required" option, an electronic invoice shall be generated based on the provided personal or business data. It shall be sent to the visitor’s e-mail address together with e-tickets.
4. Payments shall be made via the payment system www.paysera.lt.
5. After receiving a successful payment response from www.paysera.lt, e-tickets shall be sent to the visitor to his/ her specified e-mail address.
III. Rules of ticket use
1. Visitors shall be admitted to the Museum or a ticketed event held in the Museum only having presented a valid ticket purchased at the Museum’s ticket office or on the website bilietai.europosparkas.org.
2. Having purchased an e-ticket and arrived at the Museum, the visitor shall present a printed e-ticket or an e-ticket barcode on his/ her mobile device at the entrance. The visitor shall be responsible for mobile Internet and / or other ways used to open each barcode.
3. The ticket shall be valid for the specific purpose of visit indicated therein or the event at the specific date and time only. A visitor having left the area which requires a museum ticket shall not be admitted to this area with the same ticket for the second time.
4. If a ticket was purchased with a discount, the visitor shall present a personal identification document or another document certifying his/her right to a discount at the entrance. If the visitor can not present such a document, the visitor shall pay the difference between the standard ticket price and the discount ticket price at the Museum’s ticket office.
5. Tickets shall be scanned and marked only once, and shall be valid for one person only.
6. Visitors shall save the ticket and receipt (if the ticket was purchased at the ticket office) till the end of the visit to the Museum or the event
7. Tickets shall not be exchanged, and money shall not be returned, unless the visit was impossible or the event did not take place at the fault of Europos parkas.
8. If the visit to the Museum was not possible or the event did not take place at the fault of Europos parkas:
8.1 tickets purchased at the ticket office may be returned in the ticket office where they were purchased. To claim the money paid, the purchased tickets and their receipt shall be presented at the ticket office.
8.2 Tickets purchased on the website bilietai.europosparkas.org may be returned by sending a request and the e-ticket to hq@europosparkas.lt
9. In order to provide online ticket distribution services, the Museum must process the Visitor's personal data. The Museum collects, processes and stores all personal data of the Visitor in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other laws and legal acts regulating visitors' rights and does not transfer them to any third parties, unless required by law, other legislation or if it is necessary for the provision of the Museum’s services, or if the Visitor expressly consents to the transfer of his or her personal data.
IV. Informing the Visitor and the Usage of personal data
1. After getting acquainted with these Terms and conditions, Visitors are informed that the personal data provided by them will be used for the purchase of tickets (for the implementation of relations between the contracting parties).
2. An integral part of these Rules is the Data Privacy Policy approved by the Museum.
3. The Visitor purchasing the ticket may be offered to consent to the use of his personal data for his further information or direct marketing.
V. Other provisions
1. The Museum has the right to suspend or terminate the distribution of tickets on the website bilietai.europosparkas.org without separate notice.
2. The Museum has the right to change or supplement these Terms and Conditions. The amended Rules shall enter into force on the day of their publication on the website bilietai.europosparkas.org.
3. The law of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply to these Rules.
4. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
